Dosbarth Miss Llewellyn...Croeso i dudalennau'r plant derbyn! Mae dau ddosbarth o blant derbyn yn ein hysgol ni ar hyn o bryd, ac rydym yn brysur iawn bob amser. Thema tymor yr hydref ydy Tedi ar Daith, a newidiadau'r Hydref yn y byd o'n cwmpas. Thema tymor y Pasg fydd Y Fferm a byddwn yn dysgu am gartrefi pobl ac anifeiliaid yn ogystal â dysgu am y gaeaf oer. Thema tymor yr Haf fydd Pobl Sy'n Ein Helpu a rydyn ni'n gwahôdd llawer o ymwelwyr i'r dosbarth, yn ogystal â mynd allan o'r ysgol i'r dref hefyd.Welcome to the reception children's pages! We have two classes of reception children at present, and both are looking forward to a very busy term. This is Miss. Llewellyn's class page. Autumn term's theme is Teddy's Trip, and we will also be noting the changes the Autumn season brings to the world around us. Easter term's theme is the Farm and we learn about animals and their various homes, as well as looking at different types of houses. Summer's theme is People Who Help Us, and we will be going to visit our town to see some of the buildings and shops that play a part in our lives, and learning about the people who work there, as well as inviting others into class to talk about their work, and roles in society. Here is P.C.Jones, who regularly visits us to talk about the role of the Police in our society.
Dyma ein cornel darganfod, lle rydym yn ymchwilio i bethau amrywiol. Yn nhymor yr Haf, dysgon ni am fwystfilod bychain, gan gadw malwod, mwydod, morgrug a lindys yn ein dosbarth.Here is our discovery corner, where we investigate lots of different things. During the Summer term, we researched Minibeasts, and kept an animal corner, with snails, worms, ants and caterpillars, which we watched grow and transform into beautiful butterflies!
Mae'r plant dan bump yn ymweld â thref Maesteg yn aml, gan ddysgu am yr adeiladau yno, a'r bobl sydd yn gweithio yno hefyd. Mae llawer o siapiau diddorol yn y dref!The under fives visit Maesteg town many times during the year, and learn about all the buildings and the people who work there. There are lots of interesting shapes all around us in the town!
Fel rhan o waith Cartrefi anifeiliaid tymor y Pasg diwethaf, darllenom ni stori Bili Broga, a dysgon ni am gartrefi'r llygoden, cwningen, aderyn a malwoden.As part of our theme Homes last Easter term, we read the story of Bili the Frog, and learned about his and his friends' homes - the mouse, rabbit, bird, and snail.
Gwnaethon ni siop esgidiau yn ein dosbarth a dysgon ni lawer am drin arian a sgiliau mathemategol eraill. Roedd hwyl a sbri i'w gael wrth fesur ein traed, a phrynu pâr o esgidiau addas ar gyfer ein ffrindiau ni! We created a shoe shop in class to learn how to count and use money, and to develop other mathematical skills, and had lots of fun measuring each other's feet, and buying a suitable pair of shoes for our friends!
